Concrete
Polishing
Diamond-ground, densified, and sealed concrete floors for garages, warehouses, retail spaces, and commercial buildings across the greater Phoenix metro area.
What Is Polished Concrete?
A Permanent Floor — Not a Coating
Polished concrete is not a coating applied on top of your slab — it is the slab. We use progressively finer diamond tooling to mechanically grind and refine the concrete surface, then apply a lithium silicate densifier that chemically hardens the concrete from within.
The result is a floor that cannot peel, chip, or delaminate. In Arizona's extreme heat, polished concrete outperforms epoxy coatings that can bubble, yellow, or lift under UV exposure and thermal cycling.
A penetrating guard sealer is applied as the final step, protecting against oil, water, and chemical spills while maintaining the natural look of the concrete.
Why Polished Concrete
Built to Last in Arizona's Climate
Dust-Free Diamond Grinding
We use industrial diamond grinders with HEPA-filtered vacuums — no concrete dust left behind on your property.
Multiple Sheen Levels
From a matte industrial finish to a high-gloss mirror shine. We match the sheen to your space and use case.
Densifier & Hardener Application
Lithium silicate densifier penetrates the slab, chemically hardens the surface, and dramatically reduces porosity.
Stain & Guard Sealer
A penetrating guard sealer protects against oil, water, and chemical spills — ideal for garages, warehouses, and retail floors.
No Coatings to Peel or Chip
Polished concrete is the slab itself — there is no topcoat to delaminate, peel, or chip under heavy traffic or UV exposure.
ADA-Compliant Slip Resistance
Properly polished concrete meets OSHA and ADA slip-resistance standards when finished with the correct grit and guard sealer.
The Process
How We Polish Concrete
Slab Assessment
We inspect the existing concrete for cracks, spalling, contamination, and hardness. Any repairs are completed before grinding begins.
Coarse Diamond Grinding
Metal-bond diamond tooling removes surface laitance, old coatings, and high spots. Grit progresses from coarse to fine.
Densifier Application
Lithium silicate densifier is applied between grinding passes. It reacts with the concrete to fill pores and harden the surface.
Fine Polish & Guard Sealer
Resin-bond diamond tooling refines the surface to the desired sheen. A penetrating guard sealer is applied as the final step.
